Free Standard Shipping (3-5 Days):

We offer free standard shipping on all purchases via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, so consumers don’t have to worry about paying high shipping costs.

Expedite Shipping (2–4 Days):

We also provide faster shipping method; for which you’ll pay $7 or more.

DealsOnCases.com is owned & operated by Markhor Deals LLC. Markhor Deals is based in Texas, US that has tax rate of 8.5% for all purchases.

Shipping Regions:

All US (Except HI, AK, APO/FPO) – We ship to all parts of the United States, except Hawaii, Alaska, and military areas.

Handling Time:

Generally, we ship the products within 1-2 working days after you place your order; this is only applicable to stock products.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government holidays, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you on the homepage of the store.

Delivery Time:

We will send an email to your order email address shortly after the order is shipped, which will provide the package quantity, logistics carrier and logistics tracking number of the item you purchased. Please note that some carriers take approximately 48 hours to update tracking information after receiving the package.

After you place an order, we will determine the specific delivery warehouse according to the inventory and delivery address according to the nearest distance. Because we use the partner method to ship the products, we cannot guarantee the accurate delivery time. You may receive your order earlier than expected, or you may receive your order later than expected. Generally, we will deliver most of the products within 3-7 days.

Change Address:

Since our products are shipped from our and partners warehouse, in order to avoid product damage or loss caused by multiple transfers, before the product is sent out, we support changing the address.

We do not support changing the address after the product has been shipped.
